5 Mac accessories for developers

Recently many of my blog posts have been on important topics that are dear to my heart however sometimes its nice to write a lighter post focusing on just sharing a bit about how I like to work. Today I thought I would share what accessories I use with my Mac in the hope that it might be helpful to someone else to.

As a fully remote software engineer its important to me that I have a setup that enables me to be my most effective. Therefore everything from my mouse to my laptop stand needs to be right for how I like to work.

As a software engineer I spend much of my time writing code or in a Terminal so a good keyboard is incredibly important. For about 10 years I swore by my Apple full size keyboard but as it was starting to get quite old I decided to buy something new. In parallel with this I had work colleagues raving about using a mechanical keyboards so I decided it was time to see what all the fuss was about.
